Morning Keynote: Founder of Brooklyn Gin
Joe Santos D'95 T'00Joe is a craft distiller and co-founder of Brooklyn Gin. Brooklyn Gin is an independent, small batch, hand made spirit made in NY. Joe has over 20 years of marketing experience having worked for many leading companies such as Leo Burnett, Procter & Gamble, Goldman Sachs, and Bacardi. He has extensive experience working internationally (North America, South America, and Europe) and developing, launching and managing new profitable product lines. Born and raised in Morristown, NJ, Joe received his BA from Dartmouth College, his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. He is an avid snowboarder and motorcycle enthusiast. Joe lives in Brooklyn with his wife (Lauren), son (Mateo), and dog (Miles).

Emil Jattne T'05Emil Jättne comes from family of self-starters and always felt the entrepreneurial spirit calling. He is a co-founder of Brooklyn Gin, a local independent company that handcrafts small batches of gin using traditional methods and fresh ingredients. Prior to Brooklyn Gin, Emil was Brand Director for Grey Goose Vodkas, which under his guidance was the fastest growing spirit brand in the US. Emil was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. He received his BA from Middlebury College and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Emil lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn, with his wife, Melissa; two children, Stella and Hudson; and dog, Cleo. Emil loves spending time with his family in Prospect Park, enjoying the art and food of Brooklyn, traveling, and sipping on freshly prepared gin cocktails.
